FREIGHT BROKERINGHorizon is the Nations leader in 3PL services. H.T.S, has worked hard with its owner operators to give them accurate information for pick up and drop off locations. Horizon drivers are required to check in each morning and update the HTS dispatch of their location so we can ensure our updates are accurate and precise. Our Horizon drivers carry all the proper insurance and conduct all regular scheduled maintenance on their trailers. We have invested in the technology which makes Horizon the fastest growing 3PL, and your partner in transportation.
PRODUCE INSPECTION
To insure your produce is of the highest quality and exactly what you have ordered, Horizon offers inspection services out of the Central Valley. Our inspectors have served in all capacities of the produce industry and when it comes to quality control they are a step above. Our inspectors have worked in the fields picking the product; they have experience with packing it, and even running labor contracting to insure you get a quality pack. QUALITY MEXICAN DRIVERS
Sometimes shipping in to Mexico can be an head ache, you never know if the right equipment is going to be used, if your product is going to arrive at the right location, or all of your produce will show up to your customer. At Horizon we have spent many years in Mexico developing relationships with drivers and carrier companies, to insure your load is picked and delivered in a refrigerated trailer and that the product your customer is expecting is exactly what they are getting.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED TRAILERS
When carrying tempered good it is important to maintain your trailers and refrigerated system. Our trailers are inspected on a monthly basis to insure our refrigerated units are running properly. Our trailers are also inspected for leaks, and security to make sure your tempered product maintains its scheduled temperature for arrival to you or your customer’s facility.
DIGITAL RYAN RECORDERS
The day when just sticking the thermometer into the trailer to make sure the temperature stays the same is long gone. Today our Ryan Recorders can be ordered with a USB stick which can be plugged into any PC or MAC system so you can see how your products temperature was maintained.
